Next week, Cardiff Council are hosting a convention to design “Europe’s most liveable capital city”. Full details of the event are here: http://www.cdffuture.com/ It includes a workshop on the role of Design and Culture – although details of what that might entail are somewhat sketchy at present.
Alongside this, Cardiff Start are hosting a one day Public Services Hack. It’s a chance for creatives, entrepreneurs and technologists to come together to develop ideas that will help shape how the city helps deliver services to its citizens as it grows into its exciting, and challenging, future.
The winning idea will win £500 and a guaranteed pitch to the Partnership Board, and some of the most senior people in Wales’ public services, on the 5th December.
